We quickly sear ribeye steaks (two 6-8 oz ribeye steaks are included in one order) to an internal temperature of 130 degrees (rare). When re-heating this entree at home, don't forget to use the slab of our luxurious compound butter made with crabmeat and fresh herbs to melt on your ribeye when hot. On the side, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed haricots vert make this entree sing. Pair this meal with a glass of Cabernet or Zinfandel.
