Muriel's Double Cut Pork Chop

Inspired by Muriel's Jackson Square in the heart of the French Quarter, we fell in love with this decadent dish for two. The double cut pork chop is wood grilled and topped with a Louisiana sugar cane apple glaze, served with pecan candied sweet potatoes and slow braised southern style greens.
